Communication plays a key role in the relationship between Borders, the shopping center in Schengen, and its audiences. Our work aims to strengthen this relationship over time, turning every interaction into an engaging experience across both on-site and digital channels.

The challenge is to build and implement a communication plan capable of building lasting loyalty. This involves coordinating digital media, social networks, point-of-sale / print communications and events, in order to create regular and identifiable highlights.
