Retail communication Coordinating communications and building audience loyalty
Opkorn, the shopping center in Differdange, is developing its image through a global and continuous approach, including strategy, on-the-ground activations and OOH and digital presence, in order to bring the place to life on a daily basis and strengthen the bond and loyalty of its customers.
Tasks and objectives
The aim of this collaboration is to implement all communication actions around the plan defined upstream and deployed throughout the year. This involves managing digital channels (website, newsletters, digital marketing, social networks), creating digital and POP/Print media, and coordinating events.
Shopping management and specialty leasing are also part of our missions for Opkorn, in order to take into account retailers' feedback, enhance the value of spaces and ensure consistent communication across all points of contact, from the field to digital.
