Our collaboration with CIGL Hesperange focused on a brand-new internal communications strategy, as part of the organization's drive to improve customer service. A project conceived as a confidence-building lever at the service of the ASBL's teams and public.
Tasks and objectives
This project involved taking a strategic step back, notably through an organizational analysis and consultancy. These two actions resulted in a new welcome path and the creation of supports essential to welcoming beneficiaries. The objective? Align operational efficiency, clear messages and human values.
